KD6 offers dynamic wrestling sessions designed to enhance your skills and passion for the sport. During the off-season from March to October, our club provides a well-structured environment for wrestlers at every level. Each year, we carefully plan our sessions around off-season tournaments, holidays, and key events in the Buffalo area so you get the most out of your training experience with us!

Spring Session
Join us for our Spring Session, designed for both boys and girls in 6th grade and above. This program is ideal for wrestlers with over 2 years of experience who are looking to enhance their skills and compete at a higher level.

Pre-Season Session
Gear up for the wrestling season ahead, featuring coaching from Kellen Devlin, Hunter Richard (UB Assistant Coach), Steve Hart, and Donnie Vinson (UB Head Coach).
Our pre-season session welcomes both boys and girls and is ideally suited for wrestlers with more than 2 years of experience. Participants will engage in a training schedule that emphasizes advanced skill development and physical conditioning.
